Door Closer Repair/Installation North York

This Client is a property management company we work with for many years. In one of our recent maintenance visits, we found a leaking door closer. Most of the oil has leaked out of the device, and the door was slamming shut.

Part of our preventative maintenance call at this facility is a checkup of all the doors and the door hardware. We make sure the client has no surprises in terms of unexpected service calls or emergency services and that all the doors and door hardware are in perfect working condition.
