Melvin owns a low rise apartment building that he renovated and rents out as Airbnb.

He wanted to stop using keys because it created a lot of headaches for him with guests that were losing keys all the time and not locking the main building door behind them which resulted in theft and break-ins.

We recommended and installed the Schlage CO-100 heavy-duty keyless entry lock. It’s very durable and rigid and can easily sustain the kind of traffic in that building.

We also added a latch guard to prevent bypassing of the lock. The breakings stopped immediately!
