Do you cut keys if I just walk in?

We don’t offer walk-in key cutting. Key cutting or programming is only available when you book a service call.

Can I get an exact arrival time, or is it a window?

We provide a 1–2 hour arrival window and notify you when the technician is en route.

We accept major credit cards and standard electronic payments. Cheques are only accepted from existing account clients.

Yes. All technicians are licensed and insured. Workmanship and parts are backed by warranty — services are typically guaranteed for 90 days and hardware for 1 year.
